How are the mattresses refurbished?

Emma's refurbishment process goes through 3 steps: 1) Inspect the returned product. & test to make sure nothing is damaged. 2) Clean and sanitise to its core. 3) Roll it and box it.

How will the mattress be packed? Is it boxed or just wrapped?

Emma Second Life mattresses are rolled, vacuum packed and boxed, just like new mattresses.

Will the mattress come inflated?

No, the mattress will be packed in a box. The Emma mattresses takes up to 2-6 hours to fully inflate.

What is the trial period and guarantee?

All Second Life products have the same trial & guarantee periods as new products. Test your mattress in the comfort of your home for 200-nights risk-free. While we believe in giving you only the best products and service, if you don't like it you can return it - free of cost! And because we have so much trust in ours, we give all our Emma mattresses a 10-year manufacturer warranty.

How do I take care of a refurbished mattress?

Same as you would take care of the regular mattress. The entire product range comes with a removable cover that can we washed in the washing machine.
