Each returned mattress is individually tracked and inspected by trained technicians. Suitable mattresses are professionally deep cleaned using advanced sanitisation methods, including chemical disinfection and UV-C treatment, and tested to meet British cleanliness standards. 

Once approved, they are fitted with a brand-new cover, hygienically sealed, rolled, and packed in a box.  

Refurbished mattresses are rolled, vacuum-sealed, and boxed for easy delivery - just like new.

No, the mattress arrives vacuum-sealed and packed in a box. It takes 2–6 hours to fully expand after unpacking. 

Yes, every refurbished mattress purchased on our website comes with the same 200-night trial, 10-year guarantee, and free delivery as our new range. If a manufacturing defect occurs within the guarantee period, we’ll arrange a free collection and replace it with another refurbished mattress. 

The care of a refurbished mattress is the same as for a new mattress. All mattresses come with a removable cover which is machine washable. We also recommend rotating your mattress once a month for the first three months, then every three months thereafter. 

As refurbished stock is limited, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that every size will always be available at all times.
