We think 200-nights is the perfect amount of time for you (and your body) to adjust to the mattress and get used to it. If you decide the mattress isn't quite right, then we're more than happy to pick it up for you and give you a full refund. All you have to do is use our returns portal to start the process. We'll take care of the rest.
Your risk-free trial starts on the day you receive your Emma order.
All orders of our Emma mattresses and beds are eligible for the 200-night trial. For the bundle deals, only the mattresses and beds are with 200-night trial. We can also retrospectively extend the trial period of orders placed on or after December 26th, 2019. Just get in touch with our customer service team.
Yes. Pillows and weighted blankets are with 30-night trial. Mattress protectors and duvets are returnable in 14 days.
Due to hygiene reasons, all beddings include mattress protectors and duvets are applied with the UK e-commerce policy. We can only accept the return of our beddings in the brand-new resalable condition.
In case you would like to return our beddings in the 14-day window, we would suggest you to keep the box and the original packages. Please carefully rap our beddings into the original packaging before you send them back. Your refund might not be processed if the returned bedding condition does not meet our requirement.
No, you don't. The best way to decide whether you and the Emma mattress/bed are the right fit is from the comfort of your own home and in real-life conditions. That means using your favourite pillow and bedding and without the noisy plastic cover.
For the mattress toppers, pillows and weighted blankets, you don’t need to keep the wrapping and have no need to worry about the product return. Please make the best use of the trial period, and we hope you will be in love with our great sleep supporters! However, for the beddings include the mattress protector, the duvet and the bed linen, we would recommend you to keep the packages in case you need to return it in the 14-day window.
If for whatever reason you don’t get on with the Emma products, just use our handy returns portal to request a return. We’ll then take care of the rest: Our customer service team will organize a pick up for your mattress with our returns partner. Once your return has been collected and processed please allow up to 14 days to receive your refund.
Just one side note: our return portal will not be open to the products which are no longer in the trial period. E.g., if you purchase a pillow, a duvet and a mattress at the same time, the return option for pillow will no longer be available after 30 days, the return option for the duvet will no longer be available after 14 days, while you can still return the mattress in 200 days.
Yes and no. We are more than happy for our beloved customers to try and find the best mattress and it is okay to order different mattresses in one-go to compare the performance of different mattresses. However, we only accept one household to return one mattress from the same mattress. We highly recommend you try your mattress first before ordering multiple ones.
