For discomfort or back pain, your ideal mattress depends on your body type and sleep position. Softer mattresses, like our 25cm models, can help relieve pressure points for side sleepers. For back pain from a lack of spinal support, a firmer option like a hybrid spring mattress may help with proper alignment.  

All our mattresses are designed for great spinal alignment, using body zones that adjust to different parts of your body. For extra support, we recommend a hybrid spring mattress, as the springs provide more durability and support for various sleeping positions.

Temperature-regulating mattresses, like the Emma Cooling Mattress, use special materials like Thermosync and graphite-infused foam to help dissipate heat and keep you at a comfortable temperature throughout the night, preventing overheating. 

Our graphite foam helps regulate your body temperature by dissipating heat away from your body. It's also moisture-wicking, so it helps keep you cool and dry throughout the night. 

We rely on high-performance materials for our mattresses. In our state-of-the-art test lab in Frankfurt, Germany, we test the durability of our mattresses to ensure very little deformation (usually less than 5% change in height) after a period of 10 years. This ensures you get the same comfort and support throughout the whole expected life of the mattress. 

To care for your mattress, use a mattress protector, clean it regularly, and make sure it's supported by a sturdy bed frame. Vacuum your mattress and wash bedding to remove dust and allergens. Controlling humidity and keeping your room well-ventilated will also help prolong its life. 

Your ideal mattress depends on your sleep position. Side sleepers benefit from softer mattresses, stomach sleepers need something firmer, and back sleepers usually do well with medium-firm options.
